Processing on your PC

Capture, editing and local AI processing happen on your PC. Captures and usage history are not sent automatically. Settings, pinned images and logs stay in your user data folder. Background removal uses temporary files that may remain after an unexpected shutdown.

Report a problem

Pressing Send submits your report and selected diagnostics and images to the developer’s report server. Diagnostics include app and Windows versions, CPU thread count, memory, screen size and scale, and model status. User names, PC names, personal paths and window titles are not added automatically. Original image file names and photo metadata are removed, but check information visible in the image before sending.

Optional analysis

Reports you consent to share may be analyzed by an external service. The developer reviews draft fixes in a private development repository.

Retention

Reports and attachments older than 30 days are removed in daily cleanup. Temporary analysis artifacts are kept for at most one day; analysis logs follow the private development repository’s log retention period. Code fixes and development review records may remain in that repository as needed for quality management.

Updates and the website

Automatic update checks and downloads connect to the distribution server; each can be disabled in Settings. Website visits and downloads pass connection information, such as IP addresses, to hosting and distribution services.
